SIZING
Product sizing will vary from item to item. Because everything we sell is considered 2nd-hand / pre-owned / used, each brand or manufacturer uses their own size scale. We do our best correctly list the size of every item, including adding a measuring tape so you can verify fitment.

QUALITY
Every item we offer is considered 2nd-hand / pre-owned / used. From time to time we offer items that still have the manufacturer tags also known as New With Tags – NWT. All items go through an inspection process before being listed. Before shipping, a second inspection is done and depending on the item, a cleaning process.

CONDITION RATING
5 Star – OUTSTANDING CONDITION:
Not missing buttons / zipper, has original sales tag. Dent, ding, and / or stain free. May still have original box. No visible blemishes, unintentional holes / tears, or open seams.
 
4 Star – GREAT CONDITION:
Not missing buttons / zipper or manufacturer tag. Minimal signs of wear.
 
3 Star – GOOD CONDITION:
May be missing a button or manufacturer tag. May have a small dent, ding, or stain. May have an unintentional hole / snag or repairable seam opening.
 
2 Star – OK CONDITION:
May have discoloration, missing / peeling print, faded labels. Clear signs of wear.
 
1 Star – ROUGH CONDITION:
Not in working condition / untested. We don’t sell 1 star items unless it is collectibly significant.

SHIPPING
HANDLING TIMES:
Orders placed Monday – Friday are shipped same day. Cut off time 2PM PST.
Orders placed Saturday – Sunday are shipped the following Monday.
Except for holidays or otherwise noted.

SHIPPING COSTS:
United States – See the shipping calculator on the checkout page for options. We offer Econoomy and Priority Shipping. Yes we combine shipping to reduce costs.
Local Pickup – Free with appointment.
International – Currently not available, coming soon.

DELIVERY TIME:
USA – Economy delivers in 2–5 business days, Priority dellivers in 1-3 business days. See tracking for details.
Outside of USA – Currently not available, coming soon.

RETURNS
Returns are accepted under two circumstances. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery:

1 – YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM. Hasn’t happened yet. But we’re only human, and mistakes can happen.
2 – PICTURES DO NOT MATCH WHAT YOU RECEIVED. Every item we offer is 2nd hand, they are not perfect. We do our best to point out imperfections. To insure accuracy we do not photoshop, color correct, or modify pictures.

Buyer pays for return shipping. If you have an issue, please contact us ASAP so we can make it right. Include your order number and/or SKU number in the contact form below.

PAYMENTS
We use PayPal as our exclusive payment processor. If you do not have a PayPal account, no problem, you can still make a purchase using your Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Discover credit card.

WARRANTY
We offer no warranty. Everything we offer is 2nd hand.
